Pete Garner has been a licensed real estate broker in the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area for more than 40 years. Widely known and respected by clients and fellow top brokers, Pete is closely connected to the growth of the Pinehurst community, especially the Pinehurst Country Club. A Moore County native, he brings deep knowledge of Moore and Lee Counties and has completed hundreds of successful transactions.

 

Before real estate, Pete was a teacher and coach and earned a master’s degree from Appalachian State University. He is married to Susan Fields Garner, a CT Tech at First Carolina Care, and they have one son, Dalton, who is a teacher and coach in Lee County.
